People usually get in touch to ask which survey fits their situation, to flag something we've got wrong, or to suggest a topic or a local site worth covering. All of that helps the writing stay useful.
One thing we can't do
We don't carry out surveys, take bookings or price up work — this is a place to read, not a firm to hire. If you need a survey done, you'll want a surveyor; we can help you work out what to ask for.
